Worked with 150 NGOs and 300 CBOs in partnership mode.
Proven experiences in the areas of project cycle management (project design, implementation, monitoring, knowledge management and learning). Major competency includes designing and development of M&E frameworks & tools including PME, designing-field-based resource/social surveys, computer-based database management system, setup of MIS and M&E systems for development projects and organizations, identifying best practices and lessons learned issues including knowledge management.
