30 years of multidiscipline career 20 years as TA counterparts and 10 years as GoB ), working with development projects funded/sponsored by international donors- IFAD, Danida, World Vision, the European Commission, DFID, CIDA, SIDA, UNDP/FAO; and GoB agencies BWDB, LGED, FD, MoL, MoEF, MoFL, MoA, MoH&FP, MoFDM in the capacities of ME and KM Advisor, M&E Consultant, M&E Manager, National M&E Coordinator, MIS Specialist, MIS Analyst. Worked with 150 NGOs and 300 CBOs in partnership mode.

Proven experiences in the areas of project cycle management (project design, implementation, monitoring, knowledge management and learning). Major competency includes designing and development of M&E frameworks & tools including PME, designing-field-based resource/social surveys, computer-based database management system, setup of MIS and M&E systems for development projects and organizations, identifying best practices and lessons learned issues including knowledge management.
